How many of us are not utterly annoyed by the sound of these massively produced cheap plastic horns? Seriously, all they do is make a monotonic noise that sounds like a swarm of flies/hornets hovering above you. I wouldn't mind it if the fans are only playing blowing it once in a while, like when a goal is scored, or during a cheer. But some of them are doing it for the whole effing match. So instead of hearing some of the loveliest chants and songs from the fans, we get to hear this for the whole 90 minutes:



And Fifa says its their culture we have to deal with it. Really? Fine, I will just watch it with mute on then. Its not like the commentator is any good anyways.

To bid farewell to Joseba Etxeberria, Athletico Bilbao invited 200 kids to play a match against them. Result?

Not often do we see a football club do this for their young fans, it must've been a thrill for those kids to not only meet their heroes, but to actually play against them.

Training schedule v1.0

I'm so out of shape.. can't even make it to half time in today's match. I am making a new training schedule for myself.

Part 1 - Cardio Cross-Training

- 2 laps composed of light jog and fast jog. Finish off each lap with sprints.

Part 2 - Push-ups + Sit-ups
- 5 x 10 push-up sets, arm moves closer after each set.
- 4 x 20 sit-up sets.

Schedule to be followed Sunday - Thursday each week.. since practice on Fridays should give me enough exercise that night. Lighter schedule for Saturdays:
1 lap instead of 2, 3 sets of push-ups and 2 sets of sit-ups.

Schedule should be intensified within 2 weeks.


Personal Goal: Follow schedule tightly for these 2 weeks, revise if needed after that.

Its always like this during the silly season - some "journalist" digs up quotes, intentionally misinterpert it, and make up stories about the chaos thats going on around him. Others quote that story, and even more crap is published. Before you know it, my newsfeeds are filled up with junk articles made up of speculations and rumors.

Seriously, idctbh. If the man wants to go back home to play in Catalonia, I don't blame him. But the circus around this issue is just getting ridiculous.. and it happens every transfer season too.
